The practice

Two ancient traditions.
One unified practice.

This session weaves together Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, two of the most complete systems in the yogic tradition. Ashtanga brings structure, breath and discipline. Hatha brings stillness, alignment and restoration. Together they make a practice for every body and every level.

01

Ashtanga Yoga

A dynamic, breath-synchronised practice that builds strength, focus, and internal heat. We draw from the foundational sequences of Ashtanga, linking movement to breath in a flowing, rhythmic practice that clears the mind as it works the body.

02

Hatha Yoga

A grounded, alignment-focused practice that works with the body as it actually is, not as we wish it to be. Hatha postures are held with awareness, allowing space to breathe, feel, and release. It is where yoga becomes medicine.

Guided Meditation

A closing guided meditation, bringing the body to stillness and the mind to rest. Designed to integrate the practice and leave you genuinely refreshed.

05
58–60 min

Savasana and Close

Complete rest. The most important posture in yoga. We close with silence, intention, and gratitude for the practice.

All you need

Come as you are

A mat, comfortable clothing, and something to drink. No previous yoga experience required. Modifications will be offered for every posture.

Closing practice

The session ends in stillness.

After the physical practice, we move into a guided meditation, a space to let the body integrate everything it has just done and allow the mind to arrive in the present moment.

This is not a separate practice added at the end. It is the natural destination of everything that came before. The movement was always leading here.

Suitable for complete beginners to meditation. No experience required. Just a willingness to be still for a few minutes.
