Hanuman Sound Bath is an immersive inner journey created to help you pause, reconnect with your body, experience the power of sound and remember the stable space within you.

When we think about Hanuman ji, we often think of extraordinary physical strength. But there is something much deeper in his story.
This experience uses Hanuman ji as a doorway to explore these qualities within ourselves. Not to escape fear. But to discover whether something within us can remain stable even when fear is present.
No previous meditation or chanting experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
Hanuman ji have always represented something very personal to me. Not fearlessness in the sense that fear will never come. But the remembrance that even when the mind becomes afraid, something deeper within us can still remain stable.
Many times in life, we don't actually lose our strength. We lose contact with it.
For this experience, I wanted to bring together practices that have been deeply meaningful in my own journey: breath, awareness, chanting, devotion, sound, and silence.
Hanuman Sound Bath is my attempt to create a space where, for one evening, you can stop fighting with yourself… and perhaps remember the strength that was already there.
