Fear has many forms. Sometimes it looks like anxiety. Sometimes overthinking. Sometimes self-doubt. Sometimes the fear of losing someone, the fear of failure, the fear of the future. Or simply a mind that never allows you to completely rest.

Hanuman Sound Bath is an immersive inner journey created to help you pause, reconnect with your body, experience the power of sound and remember the stable space within you.

Through breath, guided awareness, humming, mantra, collective chanting and an immersive sound bath, Shashank will guide you through a journey:

This experience uses Hanuman ji as a doorway to explore these qualities within ourselves. Not to escape fear. But to discover whether something within us can remain stable even when fear is present.

Meeting Fear
Before trying to remove fear, we first learn to recognise it. Through gentle breath and body awareness, you will be guided to notice how fear expresses itself in your body — the tight chest, the heavy stomach, the restless breath. No judgement. No fighting. Just awareness.

From Sound to Silence
The sound journey begins. Deep bowls, resonant vibrations, humming, silence. Sound will gradually guide your attention away from constant mental noise and toward the experience of deep listening. Just lie down, close your eyes, and receive.

Mantra & Collective Chanting
Your own voice becomes part of the experience. The journey gradually moves from silence into humming, mantra and collective chanting. Breath becomes sound. Sound becomes rhythm. Rhythm becomes devotion. No previous chanting experience is needed.

The Inner Hanuman Journey
Through a guided inner practice, you will be invited to meet one fear, situation or challenge that has been occupying your mind. Not to force a solution — but to experience yourself differently in its presence. To discover: fear can be present without controlling every decision you make.

The Hanuman Sound Bath
The session moves into a deep immersive sound journey. Lie down, close your eyes, allow the body to become still. Bowls, resonant sound, subtle mantra and silence create a space where nothing is demanded. The journey ends in silence with a personal inner Sankalpa: one burden you are ready to put down, and one courageous action you are ready to take.

Why I created
Hanuman Sound Bath

Hanuman ji have always represented something very personal to me. Not fearlessness in the sense that fear will never come. But the remembrance that even when the mind becomes afraid, something deeper within us can still remain stable.

Many times in life, we don't actually lose our strength. We lose contact with it.

For this experience, I wanted to bring together practices that have been deeply meaningful in my own journey: breath, awareness, chanting, devotion, sound, and silence.

Hanuman Sound Bath is my attempt to create a space where, for one evening, you can stop fighting with yourself… and perhaps remember the strength that was already there.

What is Hanuman Sound Bath?
An immersive live experience combining guided breath awareness, mantra, chanting, meditation, contemplative inner practices and sound bath elements. The central journey is from fear and mental restlessness toward inner stability, courage and surrender.
Is it a religious event?
No. The experience is inspired by qualities associated with Hanuman ji — courage, devotion, humility and inner strength. People with a devotional connection can experience it through Bhakti. People from a non-religious background can approach it as a contemplative experience using sound, breath, awareness and symbolism. All are welcome.
Do I need meditation or chanting experience?
No. Every part of the experience will be guided from the beginning. You do not need to know Hanuman Chalisa or any mantra. Simply follow Shashank's voice and allow yourself to participate. There is no pressure to memorise anything.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes. Keep a yoga mat, pillow and light blanket nearby for the lying-down sound bath section. Headphones are recommended for the online sound experience. Keep water nearby and choose a space where you are unlikely to be disturbed.
Can this treat anxiety or depression?
Hanuman Sound Bath is a wellbeing and contemplative practice. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or a replacement for professional mental-health or medical care. Anyone currently receiving treatment should continue following the guidance of their qualified healthcare professional.
Will this be recorded?
No. This is a live-only session and is not recorded or shared later. Sound received live, with your nervous system regulating in the moment alongside others, cannot be replicated by a recording. Being present is part of the practice.
What language will this be in?
Hindi and English, naturally blended. Anyone who understands either language will be able to follow easily.
Can I join from my phone?
Yes. Just make sure you have headphones or speakers and a comfortable place to sit or lie down while you join.
Can I cancel my Mind School membership?
Yes. Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No lock-ins, no penalties.
